PURPOSE:To accomplish efficient production of sun visor in a woven cloth specification excellent in the appearance through continuous operation of the welding and cutting processes with only one unit by arranging the cutting blade body on the upper electrode body of a high frequency welder. CONSTITUTION:In the welding process, first a sun visor body 11 is placed on a material loading section of the lower electrode body 3. The body 11 is formed by coating a core material and a cushioning material 14 molded in a given shape with a woven cloth skin 12 laminated on the back with a PVC film. With the lowering of an upper surface plate 1, the body 11 is pressed dielectric by the upper electrode body and welded with an electrode bar 5. At this point, a constant force is evenly applied on the portion to be welded with an aid of a silicone rubber material interposed between the bottom plate 6 of the electrode bar 5 and an electrode substrated 9. On the other hand, in the cutting process, with further lowering of the upper surface plate 1, a cutting blade body 4 connected to the electrode substrate 9 of the upper electrode body 2 is pushed down along the outside of the electrode bar 5 to cut the body 11. |
