PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF AN EXTRACT OF TEUCRIUM MARUM USEFUL IN THERAPY The invention provides a process for the preparation of an extract of Teucrium marum useful in therapy, in which the whole plant, or part of the plant, is extracted with a solvent, which is boiling water in the presence of NH3, pentane, hexane, heptane, cyclohexane, cyclopentane, petroleum ether, methylene chloride or a mixture of two or more of these; and, if necessary, the resulting extract is purified.
