PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply system capable of increasing supply electric energy at the time of backup without increasing capacity of a secondary battery in a system.SOLUTION: A power supply system 100 for converting AC power supplied from a commercial power source 1 to DC power to supply the DC power to a load 8 comprises: a rectification circuit 2 for rectifying output voltage of the commercial power source 1; a first power conversion unit 3 for converting output of the rectification circuit 2 to first voltage Va to supply DC power to the load 8; a second power conversion unit 4 for converting the output of the rectification circuit 2 to second voltage Vb lower than the first voltage Va; and a built-in battery 5 that is charged with the second voltage Vb and supplies DC power to the load 8 through diodes 6, 7 for blocking current from the first power conversion unit 3. On a frame of the power supply system 100 is provided an external power source connection terminal 12 through which power can be supplied to the load 8 from the outside of the system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
