FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in rotor-bearing units of low- and moderately loaded turbomachines, in high-frequency contactless electric motors, in power plants turbo generators, in gas mixture separation plants cryogenic turbo expanders, in refrigeration plants, as well as supports, consisting of plain and rolling bearings combination. Combined support includes housing (1) and shaft (2), on which roller bearing (3) and gas-dynamic spade journal bearing with conic bearing surface and movable tapered bushing (8) are attached. Gas-dynamic spade journal bearing comprises damping elements (11), fixed by spot welding to spades attachments (13), as well as switching elements with centrifugal loads (7) and resilient plates (6), fixed by screws to movable tapered bushing (8) with possibility to ensure friction contact.EFFECT: technical result is increased reliability and durability, simplification of design, increasing speed and considerable increase in support service life.1 cl, 2 dwg |
