<p>PURPOSE:To execute writing of a P-ROM in the state that the P-ROM is being mounted or the computer, by providing a unit for giving write voltage and a write timing signal to the P-ROM, to execute wirte of the P-ROM. CONSTITUTION:When a program of the write unit 3 has been started, the CPU1 reads out the first word of a program in the input medium 4 through the I/O interface 4, and is about to write it to the P-ROM unit 2. In this case, the unit 2 generates a write condition forming signal PM, and provides it to the unit 3. As a result, the unit 3 generates voltage VPP of enough energy for writing the information to the unit 2, and a write timing signal PP, and provides them to the unit 2. As a result, a program word as provided from the CPU1 is written to the unit 2. After that, each word of the program of the medium 41 is written in order to the unit 2 by the same operation.</p> |
