PURPOSE:To enable underwater data or the like to be effectively observed, by dividing the display surface of a cathode-ray tube into two portions and displaying the data on old underwater conditions or the like and a new data thereon in parallel. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic pulse signal is radiated from a sonar transmitter- receiver 10 into underwater, and the reflected signal is written via a receiver 11 and an A/D converter 12 into the main memory 13. The temperature data and the position data of said craft are supplied to the main memory 13 from a character generator 6, and the time marker signal from a time marker generator 8. The data stored in the main memory 13 is transferred and written into an auxiliary memory 22 according to need. Properly changing-over switches 45, 46 and the like permits both or either of the data stored in the main and auxiliary memories 13 and 22 to be displayed on a cathode-ray tube 43. |
