According to an embodiment of the present invention, an integrated regional energy management apparatus for managing energy of a region comprising a plurality of buildings is provided with: an information obtaining unit; an information generating unit; and a command transmission unit. The information obtaining unit obtains energy management information, including energy shortage information and energy surplus information within a building, from each of a plurality of buildings. The information generating unit generates regional energy management information, for adjusting supply of energy with each other among different buildings within a region to be managed, on the basis of the energy management information obtained from the plurality of buildings. The command transmission unit transmits the generated regional energy management information to applicable buildings.
