PURPOSE:To easily punch an opening without the needs for removing the flash of foaming liquid by making small of the thickness of an opening part and providing fine grooves in the boundary part in the manufacture of a foamed molding with an opening, having foamed layer between a resin panel and the surface skin. CONSTITUTION:The thickness of an area where an opening is to be formed is made smaller than those of the other part by avoiding the interposition of a foamed layer 17 a place 17 where an opening is to be formed, and a resin panel 13 with fine grooves 18 provided in the boundary part of the area where an opening is to be formed is placed in an upper mold 12. And, a surface skin 15 is placed in the lower mold 14 and a foaming liquid is injected into a cavity formed between the surface skin 15 and the resin panel 13 to form a foamed layer 16. Then, the upper and lower molds 12 and 14 are opened, and molding is taken out and then the place where an opening is to be formed is punched to obtain a product. |
