PURPOSE:To provide a visually three-dimensional pattern to the surface of a resin molding by a method in which a heat-sensitive pattern is provided to the surface of the resin molding, and then the surface is subjected to irradiation of heat rays so as to remove the gloss of the heat-sensitive pattern portion. CONSTITUTION:For example, the surface of ABS resin sheet 1 is printed with an acryl resin ink containing carbon black by a gravure of offset printing method to form a heat-sensitive pattern 2, together with a heat-insensitive pattern 3 or a surface protective layer 3 as needed prior to the irradiation of heat rays. Then, heat rays are irradiated onto the resin sheet 1 by using a far infrared rays heater used as the usual heater or an electromagnetic wave of a wave length of 0.76mum-1m/m or a near infrared wave length of 0.76-50mum in order to remove the gloss of the heat- sensitive pattern portion. Thus, a decorated sheet having a visually embossed conduit pattern can be obtained by flatting the conduit portion of a wood grain pattern, for example, on the surface of the sheet 1. |
