PURPOSE:To perform easy and reliable adhesion between a rotary member and a rotary shaft of a motor, by making a radial groove in the shaft hole of a yoke material or a rotary member while after fitting an adhesives is injected into said groove and spreading to the circumference of shaft by rotating the yoke member. CONSTITUTION:A groove 12a is made in the upper end face of a spacer 12 inserted into a rotary shaft 11 and the end face of a yoke member 13 is contacted against it, then they are assembled on the shaft 4 such that the lower end of an axial groove 14a made in the shaft hole 14 of the yoke member 13 and the groove 12a in the spacer will become continuous, and an adhesives (a) is injected into the groove 14a. The air in the groove 14a is exhausted downwardly through the groove 12a and the adhesives is injected smoothly and reliably to the end of the groove 14a. Thereafter the yoke member 13 is rotated several times against the rotary shaft 11 to spread the adhesives on entire circumferential face at the gap against the rotary shaft 11 and statically held to harden the adhesives. Consequently the entire circumferential face of the shaft is adhered reliably to facilitate the injection of the adhesives and to prevent the flow-out of the adhesives. |
