PURPOSE:To restrict temperature rise of bearing when oil feed is stopped by failure, by immerging one end of the heat pipe in static pressure journal bearing and projecting the other end to outside of the bearing and supplying a small quantity of lubrication oil from above the bearing. CONSTITUTION:Support of the rotating portion and lubrication between flywheel shaft 3 and static pressuer journal bearing 21 are performed by a large quantity of lubrication oil being fed to the position of arrow A, through oil feed pipe 12 of the static pressure journal bearing 21, and the heat generated to the static pressure journal 21 is taken out by the large quantity of lubrication oil and is cooled, and also supplementally cooled by heat transfer through heat pipe 20. And when the oil fed through oil feed pipe 12 is stopped, lubrication oil 24 is fed through oil feed pipe 23 into the separation wall 22 to perform lubrication and cooling, and the rest of heat is radiated by heat pipe 20. |
