SWASH-PLATE TYPE COMPRESSOR

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a lightweight compressor and prevent seizure of a slider by making a swash plate from aluminum-silicon alloy and forming the flat surface area of the slider into the smooth convex surface having a hardness above 50HRC. CONSTITUTION:A swash plate 8 is made from aluminum-silicon alloy, and the flat surface area 10b of a slider 10 is formed into the smooth convex surface having a hardness above 50HRC and having an exceeding large radius of curvature having the center of the flat surface as apex. Therefore, the swash plate 8 constituted of a large member is made lightweight, so the compressor can be made lightweight, and seizure of the slider can be prevented.
