PURPOSE:To switch a high-speed conversion and a low-speed conversion with one kind of hardware, by changing the number of times of addition of a digital integrator. CONSTITUTION:When an AD conversion start signal 1 is inputted to a control circuit 3, an AD conversion start signal 2 is inputted to a high-speed AD converter 1 to start AD conversion. The digital signal from the high-speed AD converter 1 is inputted to an adding circuit 21 and is added to an initial value 0. If a conversion mode designating signal designates the high-speed AD conversion then, data of the adding circuit 21 is outputted through an averaging circuit 22 as the AD conversion output as it is. If the conversion mode designating signal designates the low-speed AD conversion (AD conversion mode for elimination of ripple and noise), the second AD conversion start signal 2 is inputted from the control circuit 3 to the high-speed AD converter 1, and AD conversion is executed, and the obtained digital signal is added to the preceding digital signal. Similarly, AD conversion and addition are repeated a prescribed number of times. |
