PURPOSE:To measure the antigen or antibody in an object to be examined quickly with high accuracy and reproducibility by converting the light transmitted through the said object contg. the antigen-antibody and a contrast sample for compensation to the electric signals and recording the same. CONSTITUTION:The light emitted from a light source 1 is filtered or dispersed to the light of 0.4-2.4mu wavelengths with a filter or prism 2, and is focused with a slit or lens, after which it is irradiated to a reaction vessel 3 and a compensation cell 4. A mixture 9 of the object to the exampled charged in the vessel 3 and insoluble carrier particles of <=1.6mu average grain size deposited with an antigen or antibody is stirred by moving a stirring bar 11 of an L shape in section with an upper flat plate 14 brought in contact with a rotating ring 12 driven by an eccentric shaft 12 and a connecting bar 14. The light transmitted through this vessel 3 and the cell 4 contg. a contrast sample for compensation is detected with photodetecting parts 5, 6 and is converted to the electric signals corresponding to the quantity of the detected light. These signals are amplified with an amplifier 7 and are recorded in a recorder 8. |
