PURPOSE:To prevent the malfunction of gates, by connecting and forming a resistance value adjusting pattern to each of a plurality of gates which operate bubbles in parallel, and adjusting the patterns to make coincide a current flowing to each gate. CONSTITUTION:Minor loops 8-11 have gates 12, 13, 14 and 15. Resistors 6-19 for resistance value adjustment are connected to each gate. Further, the gates 12-15 are connected in parallel. If there is any difference among the gate 12-15 in resistance value, currents i1-i4 flowing to the gates 12-15 are made coincide by adjusting the patterns 16-19. Thus, the malfunction when the gates are driven can be prevented. |
