A planetary gear with planet gear units 10 with two separate planet gears 11, 12 on a shaft 13 uniting the planet gears. The shafts 13 are journalled in an axially floating way. At least one gear 11, 12 in the planet gear units 10 is made with helical teeth. The angles of inclination α of the teeth are chosen such that an axial force FAX occurs in operation. This force FAX is balanced by a hydraulic cylinder 23, one for each unit, which are hydraulically connected in parallel.
