<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate delay of signal transmission, by forming a photo guide in an integral body within an IC to perform the signal transmission in the circuit by photo coupling. CONSTITUTION:An LED15 is formed on the first layer 12 in a three dimensional circuit 11 and a photo detector 16 on the third layer 14 with the transmission of signal between layers by the photo coupling thereof. Besides, a photo guide 23 is provided between the LED21 and photo detector 22 provided in the first layer 12 to transmit the signal in layers by light. Thus, floating capacity ascribed to electric wirings is eliminated with the prevention of delay of signal transmission.</p> |
