<p>An isolated transmission of direct and alternating voltages becomes possible by means of simple electronic components which, connected in the manner of a ring modulator, apply an input voltage switched pulse by pulse to the primary winding (3) of a transformer (4), via which the potential isolation is effected. The pulse-converted voltage transmitted to a secondary winding (16) of this transformer is then switched a second time pulse by pulse with the same timing voltage in a similarly connected output circuit in such a manner that the first switching is cancelled again and thus an output voltage corresponding to the input voltage is produced (see Figure 2). <IMAGE></p> |
