PURPOSE:To braze constituting parts without heating more than necessary and to improve the reliability of vacuum sealability by assembling intermediate assemblies to one body temporally, depassing the assembly with heaters in a vacuum furnace, and brazing the final joined parts by local heating. CONSTITUTION:Brazing filler metals 3 are disposed in the joined parts of structural parts 2, 4a, 5, 9 of an intermediate assembly A, and these are brazed in a vacuum. On the other hand, the constituting parts 4b, 6, 7, 8 of intermediate assembly B are also disposed respecgtively with brazing filler metals 3 in their joined parts and are brazed in a vacuum. An assembly made by disposing the metals 3 in the joined parts of the assemblies A, B, forming these to one body and temporally assmebling these is installed in a vacuum furnace 1a. After the inside of the furnace 1a is ecacuated to a high vacuum by an air release pump 10, the temp. in the furnace 1a is increased by heaters 11 under the continuation of the evacuation, so that gases are removed thoroughly from the respective structural parts. The final brazed parts are heated up to a brazing temp. by local heaters 12 installed in proximity thereto, whereby said parts are brazed. |
