PURPOSE:To ensure fixed guantity transportation of granules during charging, by maintaining a pressure regulating valve at a prescribed opening, operating a supply tank exhaust regulating valve and controlling internal pressure in a transport tank to a fixed level, during the granules are charged in series from the pressurized transport tank to pressurized supply tank. CONSTITUTION:The pressures of tanks 2, 8 are equalized by an output of a quantity measuring device 21 in accordance with decrease of a residual qantity in the pressurized transport tank 8, and granules are charged from the tank 2 to the tank 8 through a charge valve 10. Here a control valve 25 and 27 are opened, and a selector circuit 31 is switched. In this way, a pressure reglating valve 15 for elevated pressure is not controlled but maintained at a prescribed opening. While an exhaust pressure regulating valve 28 is controlled by a pressure regulator 18. This causes a purge effect, and a discharge part 9 is fluidized. Then the control valve 25 is closed, and a control valve 22 is interruptedly opened, then the granules more than the regulated transport quantity are charged from the tank 2 to the tank 8. By this constitution, fixed quantity transportation can be continued even in a stage of charging the granules. |
