PURPOSE:To enable the reexecution of the starting procedure while raising up the temperature by making use of the heat generating function of a device itself in case a working fault is detected for the device, by having the queuing for a prescribed period to give the warm-up to the hardware. CONSTITUTION:When a fault detecting signal 2a is supplied, an AND circuit 2 produces the reexecution request signal 2a for the start procedure. A one-shot circuit 4 decides the time width of the start procedure reexecution indicating signal.The output signal 4a is fed to a delaying circuit 6 via an AND circuit 5 and at the same time used for resetting of the error signal. The circuit 6 delivers the reexecution indicating signal 6a for the start procedure on the basis of the balance of the start process time, the prescribed reexecution frequency, etc. of a device in order to secure the rising time of temperature due to the internal heat generation of the device. In such way, the reexecution is possible for the start procedure while raising up the temperature by making use of the heat generation of a semiconductor element itself and even in case a computer system is started at a low temperature. |
