PURPOSE:To obtain readily a cord reinforced tire by a method wherein elastomer is injected into the cavity formed both by a middle and an outer force that wind a cord on the outer surface of a circular core in the radial direction of the core to form a skin and later to remove it. CONSTITUTION:Molding is carried out, for example, by a mixture of cork, sand, sodium silicate, iron oxide, then the mixture is passed through CO2, sintered to obtain the circular core 4 having an elliptical section shape. Hoops 5, 6 are formed on both sides of the central axis of the core 4, liners 7, 8 are formed on the outer side thereof and further fiber cords such as metal, nylon, etc. are wound on the outside thereof in the radial direction of the core 4 to form a carcass layer 9 and to manufacture the middle force 10. Elastomer is injected into the cavity 16 made by incorporating said middle force 10 in the outer forces 15 having an inner shape corresponding to the outer shape of the tire to form the skin 19 of the tire composed of a side wall 17 and a tread 18, and the obtained tire 20 is taken out of the outer forces 15, the core 4 is dissolved in caustic soda aqueous solution to obtain a completed reinforced tire. |
