PURPOSE:To perform an action control of an equipment by a wire by dividing into a low pressure chamber and high pressure chamber with a movable body and by placing an input member in the low pressure chamber side and an output member in the high pressure chamber side so as to use a tensile force as an input. CONSTITUTION:A negative pressure chamber 60 is formed on the left of a movable body 5 and a variable pressure chamber 43 is formed on the right. An input member 10 is connected to a plunger 27 in the movable body 5 and this input member 10 is protruded outward from a main body 2 through the negative pressure chamber 60. This input member 10 is connected to an input equipment such as a pedal, etc. through a wire 78. On the other hand, a pressure guide path forming member 14 is screwed to the hub section 7 of the movable body 5, and a reaction force chamber forming member 20 is formed at the space in the member 14. A reaction force rubber disk 21 is accommodated in this member 20, and furthermore, a reaction force transmission plate 22 and an input transmission ring 23 are provided across the rubber disk 21. An output shaft 19 pierces the member 14, disk 21 and reaction force transmission plate 22 and is engaged with the reaction force transmission 22 by a nut 19a.
