PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the certainty of identifying troublesome telephone, while suppressing the burden on the user.SOLUTION: A relay method has steps (S400, S500) of executing authentication of a calling terminal, upon receiving a connection request of speech communication from the calling terminal to a called terminal (S300), a step (S696) of prompting the called terminal to input an instruction, depending on the authentication results, a step (S697) of acquiring the instruction inputted by the called terminal, and a step (S700) of processing the connection request based on at least any one of the authentication results and the inputted instruction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
