PURPOSE:To shorten the turn ON-OFF time of a main transistor by providing a transformer with second control winding and providing a main converting transformer with additional winding. CONSTITUTION:The second control winding 22 is set up to the transformer 3, and a series circuit is formed by the second control winding 22, a switching element 23, a resistor 24 and a power supply 7 for drive. The main transformer 8 is provided with the additional winding 25 while a diode 26 for forming one directional power supply, a resistor 27 and a capacitor 28 are provided from the additional winding 25, a series circuit consisting of control winding 6, a transistor 2, a resistor 19 and a capacitor 20 is connected at both ends of the capacitor 28, and transistors 23, 2 are ON-OFF controlled by the same control signals. According to said constitution, the turn ON-OFF time of the main transistor 1 can be shortened. |
