The present invention refers to a liquid and/or loose substance dispenser, preferably to a dispenser formed on a cover (2) of a liquid and/or loose substance container (1), said cover (2) comprising a liquid and/or loose substance receptacle (3) and a blocking flap (4) for releasing liquid and/or loose substance. It is provided for according to the present invention, that said cover (2) comprises a fixing section (5) configured to connect the container (1) and the cover (2), wherein a receiving section (7) with said receptacle (3) is attached to fixing section (5) in the direction of its longitudinal axis, wherein said receptacle (3) can be closed with the blocking flap (4) being swingable from the closed position into the open position by means of hinges formed in the receiving section (7), wherein the receptacle (3) and the flap (4) are provided with locking means in order to enhance mutual closing. |
