PURPOSE:To perform loading operation easily by pressing in a disk engaged with a guide inside of a cover to drive a motor, and performing the disk guide and cover closure of disk guidance to set on a play stand-by state automatically. CONSTITUTION:When a disk 2 placed in a loading stand-by state by being inserted between disk guides 33 and 34 is further pressed in from above, the disk 2 spreads the disk guide outwardly and moves down until it is engaged with a lower disk guide 37. At this time, a photosensor 19 for detecting disk insertion provided near the disk guide 37 operates to conduct and start a motor 3. At this point, the disk guide 37 is operatively associated with the closure of an external cover 4 to move down an internal cover 29 to a disk insertion detection position. Before a microswitch operates to stop the motor 3, the external cover 4 and internal cover 29 are closed completely to obtain the play stand-by state. |
