PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronization device, and the like, capable of achieving synchronization of delay time and Doppler frequency anew, by using a TDSS code and a FDSS code.SOLUTION: A synchronization unit 13 estimates the delay time and the Doppler frequency in a communication path, based on a reception signal for synchronization obtained when a receiver 5 receives a transmission signal for synchronization transmitted from a transmitter 3. A TD code correlation unit 15 calculates a TD code correlation value by using time-domain integration and time-domain spread spectrum code (TDSS code) based on the reception signal for synchronization. A Doppler frequency search unit 17 searches a candidate value of Doppler frequency by using a TD code correlation value. A FD code correlation unit 21 calculates a FD code correlation value by using frequency domain integration and frequency domain spread spectrum code (FDSS code) based on the reception signal for synchronization.
