PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an architecture for supporting user plane transaction between a UE and a PDN.SOLUTION: A mobile network includes at least one MME for supporting control plane transaction between a UE and the mobile network via a control plane bearer, An architecture includes a MME configured to support user plane transaction between the UE and MME via the UE and the control plane bearer, and a MME configured to support user plane transaction between the PDN and MME without requiring to establish PDN connection to the PGW.
