PURPOSE:To make a process of dizzying-prevention coating unnecessary after assembling, by previously coating the necessary part of a plate fin made of aluminum in black color, in a radiator for a car. CONSTITUTION:Metallic brightness on a radiator for a car is distinguished from other parts because of the luster on the surface of collar part 2a' of a plate fin 2 in a core part 10. In this case, a fin material 13 of aluminum coil is fed into a material coating process 11 where a specified range of part B corresponding to the above-mentioned collar part 2a' only is coated in black and is baked, and after that, it is fed into a fin forming press 12 where a burring work is processed. |
