PURPOSE:To improve the workability and safety, by moving a supporting frame along the inside circumferential wall of a tank by a moving member, and setting a guide rail along on a desired weld line. CONSTITUTION:A supporting frame 7 is positioned and set onto a weld line to be welded 6 by a running movement of a truck 12. The supporting frame 7 is fixed by placing a sucking panel 17 to a tank inside circumferential wall 2 and sucking it by driving a vacuum pump. Subsequently, a welding apparatus 8 is moved downwards from the upper part on a guide rail 9 in a state that it is made to face the weld line 6. A membrane is welded along the weld line 6, and when the welding ends, a vacuum of the sucking panel 17 is released, the supporting frame 7 is moved onto the following weld line, and the welding work is advanced successively by repeating the similar work. |
