PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel bearing device which sufficiently secures a fitting force of a lid member for sealing a housing space of a magnetic ring and rolling elements.SOLUTION: A wheel support bearing device 1 includes: an outer member 2 attached to a vehicle body side; an inner member 3 to which a wheel is attached; rolling elements 4 disposed between the outer member 2 and the inner member 3; a magnetic ring 5; a sensor cap 8 supporting a magnetic field sensor 7 for detecting a magnetic field of the magnetic ring 5; and a lid member 6 arranged between the magnetic ring 5 and the sensor cap 8 and made of a non-magnetic metal. The lid member 6 includes: a cylindrical part 61 press-fitted in an inner peripheral surface of the outer member 2; a disc part 62 disposed between the magnetic ring 5 and the magnetic field sensor 7 at the inner side of the cylindrical part 61; and an outer flange part 63 which projects from the cylindrical part 61 to a radial outer side and faces a second side face 2d of the outer member 2.
