PURPOSE:To press a working material which is different in curvature and thickness and to improve working efficiency in the stage of pressing an aluminum working material by interposing a spacer having an adequate thickness distribution on at least one of the top and bottom surfaces of the working material to be interposed between an upper die and a lower die. CONSTITUTION:A suitable number of an upper die spacer 4A and a lower die spacer 4B are prepared, whereby the pressing of a working material 3 which is different in curvature and thickness is made possible without changing an upper die 1 and a lower die 2, and without changing curvatures R1, R2. The number of the upper die 1 and lower die 2 for the press is thus decreased and the number of exchanging of the upper die 1 and the lower die 2 is decreased. |
