The device has a shower tube (3), having nozzles (14), which is mounted on a bearing bridge (1). The bearing bridge (1) is fastened on the WC body (8) and is designed such that it bears an obliquely directed water-supply tube (2) in which the shower tube (3) is located. If a water valve (4) is opened by means of a control lever (13), the shower tube (3), under the action of the water pressure, is moved telescopically out of the water-supply tube (2). It is returned by means of a tension spring. A flow-actuated instantaneous heater may be provided upstream of the water valve (4). The device is of simple construction and has the advantage that it can be placed easily on existing WCs. <IMAGE> |
