PURPOSE:To provide the titled apparatus excellent in the liquid resistance, resistance to mechanical impact, repeated use, especially stability of the resistance value and resistance to electrochemical reactivity by having a heat generating resistance layer composing an electrothermal transducer made of a specified oxide. CONSTITUTION:A heat generating resistance layer 11 is provided as a thin layer in which an oxide containing at least one element selected from among a group of V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ga, Zr, Nb, Mo, Ru, Pd, Cd, Sb, Hf, Ta, W, Re, Au and Bi is added to an Sn oxide as main component. The rate of the oxide as additive is preferably 10mol%, most preferably, more than 20mol%. The content of the Sn oxide as main component is preferably more than 50 mol%. |
