PURPOSE:To suppress fluctuation of potential due to light irradiation by incorporating a specified electron acceptor in the undercoat layer of a laminated type electrophotographic sensitive body having this layer and an electrostatic charge generating layer and a charge transfer layer laminated on a conductive substrate. CONSTITUTION:An electron acceptor having 1.1-1.4eV electron affinity contained in the undercoat layer of a laminated type electrophotographic sensitive body captures electrons produced from a charge generating layer to transfer them effectively toward a conductive substrate, and when early stage charging and exposure are repeated, fluctuation of potentials on the light parts and the dark parts can be reduced without deteriorating sensitivity. As a charge generating substances, azo pigments, etc. are used, and polyvinyl butyral, etc. are used for a binder resin, and a charge transfer layer made of org. hydrazone photoconductor and a binder resin, such as polyacrilonitrile, is formed on it. Potential fluctuation due to light irradiation can be prevented by incorporating the specified electron acceptor in the undercoat layer. |
