PURPOSE:To quickly and easily establish characteristic of conveyance by performing control of vibration in horizontal and vertical directions of the captioned feeder by means of a separate closed loop control system and relating vibrations in horizontal and vertical directions with each other and further putting these in operation with most appropriate ratio. CONSTITUTION:In conveying a work, control of vibrations in the horizontal and vertical directions is divided to closed loop control system and for vibrations in horizontal and vertical directions, that is, vibration in the horizontal direction in controlled by driving a horizontal vibration exciting device 1 through a horizontal vibration adjuster 2 according to the deviation of a command of a horizontal vibration amplitude establisher 4 from the output of a sensor 3 for detecting horizontal vibration amplitude, while vibration in the vertical direction is controlled through driving a vertical vibration exciting device 5 according to the deviation of command of a vertical vibration amplitude establisher 8 from the output of a sensor 7 for detecting vertical vibration amplitude. The establisher 8 is provided to send out a certain portion of command of horizontal vibration amplitude from the establisher 4 as a command of vertical vibration amplitude. |
