PURPOSE:To enjoy green tea powder always having constant quality, by adding >=10wt% solid green tea to a food to give green tea flour. CONSTITUTION:>=10wt% solid green tea is added to a food to give green tea flour. The green tea flour is prepared by making dried green tea leaves into powder, particles, or thin pieces, or tabletting pulverized green tea leaves. It is also prepared by adding green tea into hot water, drying green tea solution. By doing this, effect of green tea can be enjoyed even at a place where there is no water, it is easily blended with other seasoning, can be sprinkled on boiled rice or bread as green tea flour, and eaten. This solid green tea can be used by adding water instead of hot water to enjoy conventional green tea effect. When green tea is diluted, this green tea flour is sprinkled on it easily, the green tea is drunk as green tea of strong taste.
