PURPOSE:To obtain a compound tube having inner and outer tubes bonded together through a foaming body efficiently with a simple equipment by heating a double tube having the inner surface of the outer tube and the outer surface of the inner tube coated with a foaming adhesive under a hot water shower from a forked branch. CONSTITUTION:For example, an outer tube 1 such as steel tube is retained rotatably with a roll 2 and a foaming adhesive is sprayed into the outer tube 1 from a nozzle 34 with an adhesive coater 3. After the pulling out of the nozzle 34, an inner tube 4 made of a hard vinyl chloride resin or the like having a plurality of threads 41 for positioning it concentrically is inserted into the outer tube 1 with a rotary belt 5 to form a double tube 6. The double tube is turned about the axis thereof while being conveyed with a conveyor 9 in the direction almost perpendicular to the axis thereof. At the same time, a hot water from a shower head 8 forked is sprayed in the conveying direction from roughly the center of the double tube conveying path to make said foaming adhesive.
