PURPOSE:To enhance productivity and to improve accuracy, by fixing the ends of two square load bearings to parts, which are symmetrically located with respect to the center of a square intermediate beam, which has a hollow round hole along the longitudinal axis at the center and is provided with an annular groove having a U-shaped cross section, which is concentrical with said hollow round hole, so as to form a unitary body. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate beam 10 has an intermediate cylindrical hole 14 along the longitudinal axis passing an intermediate center 12 with respect to a height ad and a depth ac. The side of a circular cylinder, where the central surface of an annular groove 16 crosses the hollow hole 14, as the center, a crossing gage, which crosses the vertical line at 45 deg., is bonded as shown by a dotted line. Load bearing plates 18' and 18'' are fixed to the top surface of the one end 20' of the intermediate beam 10 and to the bottom surface of the other end 20'' in a symmetrical manner with respect the center 12 of the beam 10, by bolt and the like. In this constitution, the intermediate beams can be produced in a large quantity with a common size up to quenching. Therefore, productivity can be enhanced and accuracy can be improved. |
