The strap has a recess (20) at the outer end which holds the angled hooked bar (9) and in which the hooked bar is secured by a positive fit. The screw head (10) of the tightening screw (8) is held in a positive fit and secure against rotation in the hook section. The screw can be tightened by a nut (11) provided under the strap.
