PURPOSE:To output the signal of a data bus at a high speed by leading out an output through an input register provided with elements, each formed by connecting two transistors (TR) in series, as many as input signals to be selected. CONSTITUTION:The input register C stores and holds the signal to one 4-bit data bus selected among DB0-DB3 and outputs it to an output DATA. This input register C is constituted by providing series elements, each consisting of two of TRs 31-38 of one conduction type, as many as input signals to be selected and also providing TR40 for presetting, TRs 39 and 41 constituting an FF circuit, and CMOS TR30 constituting an inverter. |
