PURPOSE:To enable the utilization of timer function adapted to a required use, by constituting a clock constituting part and a timer constituting part equipped with a first timer apparatus and a second timer apparatus in a separable and connectable manner while operating the first timer apparatus when both constituting parts are conncted and operating the second timer apparatus when both constituting parts are separated from each other. CONSTITUTION:A timer constituting part 6 contains a reference signal generator 28, a frequency dividing circuit 30, a wave form shaping circuit 32 and a motor 34 and the rotation of the motor 34 receives proper speed reduction by a timer train wheel 36 to rotate a timer display board 38 to a non-set direction. A melody signal generating circuit 44 is provided as a first timer apparatus. When the reset of an address counter 46 is released, the counting of a definite cycle signal phia from the frequency dividing circuit 30 is started and the addresses of a melody ROM48 are successively indicated. An AND gate 54 being timer information signal generator is provided as a second timer apparatus. The definite cycle signal phi2 from the frequency dividing circuit 30 is supplied to the AND gate 54 and a timer information signal synchronous to the definite cycle signal phi2 is generated in output J when the AND gate 54 is brought to an open state. |
