PURPOSE:To make a device light-weight and high-strength and to improve the resistance to rust, the weather resistance, the resistance to damage, and the durability by providing a fiber-reinforced resin layer on a metallic porous plate as one body. CONSTITUTION:The fiber-reinforced resin layer is provided on the upper face and/or the lower face of the metallic porous plate as one body, and the whole of them is formed to a reflective plate shape. The metallic porous plate consists of a metallic powder sintered material, a foaming metal, or the like of iron, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, copper, nickel, silver, chromium, an alloy of these metals, or the like, and the inner-layer adhesive strength and the weather resistance are improved furthermore if a synthetic resin is impregnated. With respect to the fiber-reinforced resin layer, natural organic fibers such as cotton, a synthetic organic fibers such as nylon, or inorganic fibers such as glass are used as reinforcing materials and are impregnated with a resin such as an unsaturated polyester or the like and are laminated to obtain the fiber-reinforced resin layer. Thus, the device is made light-weight and high-strength, and the resistance to rust, the weather resistance, the resistance to damage, and the durability are improved. |
