PURPOSE:To detect continuously variance of temperature in an optional ambient environment without the influence of noise by combining a bimetal and an optical filter to receive and detect the light whose transmission characteristic is changed with variance of the angle of incidence. CONSTITUTION:The incident light from a light source 7 which passes an optical fiber 6 and a lens 9 of a closed box 4 and is transmitted through an optical filter 2 formed with an optical multilayered film in the box 4 is received and processed by a light receiving processing part 10 through a lens 8 in the box 4, an optical fiber 9, etc. The filter 2 is fixed to one end of a bimetal 1 of a heat receiving part 3, and the filter 2 is deflected in accordance with deflection of the bimetal 1 due to rise of temperature, and the angle of incidence of the incident light is changed to change the light transmission characteristic. By this thermometric constitution which does not use an electric signal or the like affected by the noise passing a thermistor or the like, variance of temperature is detected continuously in an optional ambient environment without the influence of noises. |
