PURPOSE:To improve the adhesive strength of a fixed bed, and to give cement after hardening toughness, water resistance and durability by mixing and dispersing Portland cement and a fibrous material into synthetic resin aqueous emulsion and scattering said emulsion on the ground surface. CONSTITUTION:Portland cement and a fibrous material are mixed and dispersed into synthetic resin aqueous emulsion, and scattered on the surface of the ground. Portland cement is scattered by once or fifty times as mush as synthetic resin solid matter per the area of the ground of 1m<2>, and the fibrous material is 0.3-20mm. long, and is added by 5wt% or less of cement. The synthetic resin aqueous emulsion is scattered by 0.5-5kg per 1m<2> as an aqueous solution of 3-30% solid matter. The synthetic resin emulsion infiltrates into the surface of a slope and improves the adhesive strength of a fixed bed, assists the hydration and hardening of cement, and prevents a dry act while giving cement after hardening toughness, water resistance and durability. |
