PURPOSE:To diagnose a breakage in each component and a breakage due to wear and improve diagnostic accuracy, and reliability by calculting the degree of the breakage of each component from oscillation data and temperature data, and comparing and checking the respective degree of breakage. CONSTITUTION:An oscillation detector 1 transduces oscillations of a hydraulic pressure pump motor into an electric signal, which is passed through an amplifier 2 and an LPE3a and then converted into a DC signal by a DC converter 4a. The signal passed through an HPF3b, on the other hand, is converted by a converter 4b into a DC signal. A divider 5 calculates the ratio of 4b and 4a. A temperature detector 6 converts the temperature of the hydraulic pressure pump motor into an electric signal, whih is sent to an A/D converter 8 through an amplifier 7 together with the output of the divider 5. A microcomputer 9 uses the oscillation and temperature data in the form of digital values to perform various arithmetics, thereby calculating the damage degree of each component of the hydraulic pressure pump motor and the reliability. |
