PURPOSE:To reduce the influence to be inflicted on a power supply at the time of simultaneous ON and OFF of output stages and to attain high speed driving by changing the operating phases of respective drivers to make electric power dissident at the output stages. CONSTITUTION:To shift in phase at the OFF of output Trs 31-33, the efficiency of Trs 50-52 is changed. Since the efficiency of the Trs is canged by changing L/W (L: channel length, W: channel width), L=5mum and W=240, 200, 160mum are set up in the Trs 50-52 when L=5mum and W=10mm. in the Trs 31-33. Consequently, the phase difference of 20nsec is obtained and electric power at the output stages can be made dissident.
