Device for controlling the position of a system 6a, 6b for raising an agricultural implement, comprising drive means 2a, 2b capable of displacing implement attachment means relative to a support. This device comprises means 14, 15 for displaying a desired position for the raising system; means 16, 17 sensitive to the deviation between the actual position and the desired position, capable of controlling the drive means 2a, 2b in such a direction that said deviation decreases; and means 48 for the manual control of the raising and/or lowering, combined with means 44, 47 for inactivating said means 16, 17 sensitive to the deviation, the display means 14, 15 not being influenced by the manually controlled movements of the raising system. <IMAGE>
