A mold capable of preventing the bounce of scraps at a die opening comprises a mold body (1). A die opening (2) for punching a product to be machined is provided on the mold body (1). A plurality of circular arc-shaped notches (3) is provided at the edge of the die opening (2). The radius R and depth H of a circle corresponding to circular arcs of the circular arc-shaped gaps (3) are defined according to the thickness T of a blanked material, and scraps produced in the product blanking process are trapped in the circular arc-shaped notches (3), thereby preventing the bounce of scraps, improving the yield, and protecting the mold. |
